Cream Soup Powder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    3/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. instant low-sodium chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 tsp. dried crushed basil
    1 tsp. dried crushed thyme
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly and refrigerate in a tightly covered container. To use, combine 1/3 cup mix and 1 1/4 cups water in a saucepan. Cook while stirring until thickened.
    This equals one 10-ounce can of soup.
    Add 1/4 cup chopped fresh mushrooms for mock \"Cream of Mushroom.\"
