London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak, scored
    1 c. Rose wine (if desired) or cranberry cocktail
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place steak in shallow glass dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over meat.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate several hours, turning meat occasionally.
    Set oven control at broil and/or 550\u00b0. Remove steak from marinade.
    Broil 2 to 3 inches from heat for 4 minutes.
    Turn; broil 3 to 4 minutes longer.
    Cut meat diagonally across grain into thin slices.
    If desired, salt before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
