Lime Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small boxes or 1 large box lime Jell-O (can use one lime and one lemon)
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 large carton sour cream (pt. size)
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
When well dissolved, add sour cream and whisk until well blended.
Add crushed pineapple.
Cool in refrigerator until partially set.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish; return to refrigerator until completely set.
Serve when firmly set.
