Karen'S Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
2 small cans mushrooms
1 bag nacho chips
1 jar Chi-Chi's salsa
1 can large black olives
1 (2 c.) pkg. shredded Cheddar
1 (2 c.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation

Brown ground turkey with onion and mushrooms; drain.
Spread chips on cookie sheet.
Spoon salsa over chips.
Cut olives in pieces and arrange over salsa.
Put meat mixture over olives. Layer Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses on top.
Warm under broiler until cheeses are melted.
Serve immediately.
