Pumpkin Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Heat milk to boiling.
    Mix sugar, spices and milk.
    Add to pumpkin, eggs and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and cook 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
