Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. raw rhubarb, cut up
butter
Preparation

Mix together eggs and milk.
Add in sugar, flour and nutmeg. Mix together.
Put rhubarb into pie crust.
Pour the mixture over the fruit.
Dot with butter.
Crisscross with strips of pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
