Celestial Snow Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (18 1/2 oz.) box butter yellow cake mix
3/4 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange and juice
1 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Lightly grease and flour 3 (8-inch) cake pans.
Set aside. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
Blend until moistened.
Beat at medium high speed for 4 minutes.
Spread batter evenly in the 3 prepared pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Let cool completely on wire rack.
