Cream Of Broccoli Soup(Original Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box chopped frozen broccoli
2 1/2 to 3 c. water, salted
1/3 c. butter
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
3 scant Tbsp. flour
2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Preparation

Cook broccoli in water and butter until tender.
Then add Cheez Whiz and stir until melted.
Mix flour, milk and onion powder; add.
Simmer until slightly thickened.
Do not
boil.
Add salt to taste.
