Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can pink salmon
    2 eggs
    2 potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
    2 Tbsp. meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except oil well.
    Heat oil.
    Roll croquettes in bread stick forms; put in hot oil.
    Brown, then turn until all sides are brown.
    Can be served hot or cold.
    (These croquettes can be baked if oil is a problem.)
