Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients until crumbly.
    In small bowl, beat with fork:
    water, vinegar and egg.
    Combine two mixtures until moistened.
    Divide dough in flat round patties and wrap in wax paper.
    Freeze.
    (To glaze a pie crust, brush top with beaten egg yolk.)
