Five Cup Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    I mix 1 teaspoon pineapple juice with sour cream before adding.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
