Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. carrots, grated
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. cake flour (Swans Down)
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and Wesson oil.
    Add eggs and beat one at a time.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Fold in carrots and pecans.
    Bake in 3 layers about 30 minutes or until done.
