Barbecue Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 small onion
1 small green pepper
6 slices bacon
1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs
6 oz. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium to large mixing bowl, put pork and beans.
Finely chop onion and green pepper; add to pork and beans.
Fry bacon crisp, then crumble into mixture.
Finely chop eggs and add to pork and bean mixture.
Add barbecue sauce and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until done.
