Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. Worcestershires sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    juice of 1 lemon
    black pepper to taste
    2 c. croutons
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 head Romaine lettuce
Preparation
    Mix oil and garlic and let set overnight.
    Mix wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, dry mustard and lemon juice; chill. Clean and tear romaine.
    Chill in bag with paper towel.
    Place salad in bowl; add dressing.
    Add croutons, cheese and black pepper.
    Mix well.
    Serves 6.
