Pumpkin Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. water
2 eggs
2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
1 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients with cake mix.
Add eggs and water and beat 2 minutes.
Add pumpkin and beat 3 more minutes.
Fold in raisins and nuts.
Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve warm with sauce.
