Basic White Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except vanilla. Beat until foamy, 1 minute. Place bowl over simmering water, making sure bottom of bowl doesn't touch the water. On low speed, beat 10 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Remove.
