Jill'S Peachy Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. each: baking soda and cinnamon
    1 c. chopped mixed candied fruit and peel
    1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained and chopped
    1 c. prepared mincemeat
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    2 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. raisins
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 c. apricot brandy
Preparation
    In a very large mixing bowl, stir together flour and brown sugar, soda and spices.
    Stir in fruits, peels, nuts and raisins. Add peaches, milk, mincemeat and brandy.
    Mix well.
    Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 5 mini loaf pans.
    Bake 2 hours or until done at 300\u00b0.
    Remove from pans.
    Wrap in clear wrap or foil and store in a cool place.
    Add ribbon or holly or miniature bottle of brandy to be used for soaking cloth by lucky recipient.
