Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Peel and boil potatoes in 3 cups water.
Strain off 2 cups water.
Mix potato water, flour and sugar.
Beat until smooth. Cover and set in warm place for several days until mixture sours and becomes bubbly (an oven with a pilot light is a good place). Then place in the refrigerator.
