Grilled Beef Salad - Yum Nuah(Servings: 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce, cleaned and shred into bite-sized pieces
    8 leaves fresh cilantro (Mexican parsley), cleaned and chopped
    1/2 lb. lean beef, grilled, salted and peppered and sliced thin
    1 medium red onion, sliced very thin
    1 small cucumber, sliced
    3 medium plum tomatoes (Roma), chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    4 bird peppers (Thai chiles), sliced lengthwise
    1 Tbsp. fish sauce
    4 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (reconstituted will work)
    2 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Mix last 5 ingredients together (food processor or blender works well).
    This dressing is better if refrigerated for 3 or 4 hours.
    Remaining ingredients should be tossed together in large salad bowl.
    Add dressing when ready to serve.
