Low Calorie Pastiere - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 c. grated Romano cheese
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
    Add the cottage cheese, grated cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Gently toss the macaroni into the mixture.
    Generously grease an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Add the macaroni mixture.
    Bake in a preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
