Philadelphia "Phudge" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. toasted chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter together over low heat (or in microwave); stir until smooth.
    Beat cream cheese in bowl with mixer until fluffy.
    Blend in chocolate mixture.
    Add powdered sugar, vanilla and salt; beat until smooth.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread into 8-inch square pan, lined with foil.
    Chill until firm, then cut into squares.
