Chili Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. water or a little more
Preparation
    Brown meat and green pepper.
    Drain excess fat.
    Add other ingredients.
    Simmer 1 hour or more in crock-pot.
    Serve with king size corn chips.
