Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 heaping Tbsp. flour
2 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
3 egg yellows (save whites)
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except crust and egg whites, in heavy saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly (spoon with holes works best).
Cook until thick.
Pour into baked pie shell. Use saved egg whites to make meringue topping, if desired.
