Creamy Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 qt. green beans
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook onion in 2 Tbsp. of the butter, till tender.
Stir in flour, salt, and milk.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Drain beans, stir into sauce with sour cream and cheese. Pour into baking dish.
Melt remaining butter and mix with crumbs. Sprinkle over beans.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes.
