Potato Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
    salt, pepper, paprika, garlic salt and onion salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil diced potatoes until barely done; drain while warm. Season immediately; layer potatoes, soup mixed with milk, bell pepper and cubed cheese.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
