Fresh Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    10 slices bacon, cooked crisp, then crumbled
    2/3 c. seedless raisins
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble.
    Wash and cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Combine in a bowl the broccoli, bacon, raisins and chopped onion.
    In another bowl, mix well the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour dressing over salad; toss and refrigerate.
    A very appealing salad that can be made 3 to 4 hours ahead of time.
