Light Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large unpeeled red potatoes
1 large onion
1 green pepper
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans sweet peas
1 tsp. butter
Preparation
-
Brown onion in butter.
Cut up potatoes in large pot.
Add tomatoes, sweet peas, green peppers and onion.
Salt to taste. Cook until potatoes are done over medium heat.
Great diet soup! Low in fat.
