Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 (2 oz.) bottle red food color
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
-
Cream sugar, eggs and Wesson oil.
Sift flour, soda and salt. Add to sugar mixture.
Add red food coloring and milk.
Mix vanilla, vinegar and cocoa.
Add to batter.
Pour into greased and floured single cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 35 minutes.
