Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs, put in blender
1 1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan
1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 c. unsalted butter
1 clove garlic
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (Grey Poupon)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Wash chicken breasts; pat dry and set aside.
Cut crusts off bread; put in blender to make crumbs.
Prepared bread crumbs may be substituted.
Add cheese and parsley to crumbs and mix well. Melt butter; add garlic, mustard and Worcestershire.
Stir well; cool.
Dip chicken into butter mixture, then coat well with bread crumbs.
Place in buttered casserole.
Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Serve immediately.
