Pepper Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 bell pepper, sliced
    1 jar Heinz brown gravy
    white pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    8 oz. small noodles
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt to taste
    dash of Heinz 57 or Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Form 3 patties from hamburger. Set aside. Cut up vegetables. Saute vegetables 5 minutes with spices.
    Put patties in pan with vegetables on medium heat, covered.
    Stir and flip patties.
    Pour off excess fat. Remove cover after 20 minutes until meat is browned thoroughly.
    Pour in gravy. Stir and simmer 10 minutes. While simmering, cook the noodles according to package directions. Pour steak mixture over noodles. Serves 3.
