Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can corn
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    12 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown turkey in a skillet with salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 can corn (drained).
    Add taco mix.
    Add tomatoes and set aside.
    Mix cornbread as directed; add other 1/2 can corn.
    Pour this into a Pam-sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour meat mixture over this.
    Then put the cheese over meat mixture.
    Spread remaining batter over this and bake until cornbread is done in about a 425\u00b0 oven.
