Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 egg whites
1 lb. sugar
1 lb. sifted flour
3/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour 3 times.
Add soda and cream of tartar.
Cream butter and sugar until very light and add to the stiffly beaten egg whites gradually.
Add the flour, beating it lightly.
Flavor with teaspoon of vanilla.
Place in angel food pan and bake in slow oven at about 250\u00b0.
Top with fresh fruit.
