Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (19 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/4 cans water
    1 1/2 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 lb. grated Cheddar and 1 lb. Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Drain grease.
    Add flour and chili powder, stirring while adding.
    Add enchilada sauce and water. Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Fry tortillas and dip in sauce.
    Layer torts, cheese and sauce in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Begin sauce; end cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
