Scalloped Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
2 Tbsp. butter
3 c. day old bread, cubed
1 Tbsp. grated onion
3/4 tsp. sage
2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. melted butter
2 Tbsp. cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put
cut
up chicken into baking dish.\tMake a gravy of butter,
flour
and
broth.
Toss
bread cubes, melted butter, cream,
grated onion, sage, salt and pepper together to make a dressing.
Spread
dressing over the chicken and dribble gravy over the top.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
