Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken cutlets
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 round Gouda cheese (I use 1 c. sharp Cheddar)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease casserole.
Lay cutlets over broccoli.
Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and spread over cutlets.
Grate cheese and arrange on top.
Sprinkle generously with bread crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
