Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten well
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. cooked pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Add sugar to beaten eggs; beat.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat like a cake batter.
    Spread on cake roll pan that has been well greased and floured.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Loosen and turn onto a towel that is sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
    Roll up.
    Let cool.
    Prepare filling.
