Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together, except sugar.
Blend sugar and oil; add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Gradually add dry ingredients.
Add nuts and pineapple.
Add carrots and vanilla.
Pour into a tube pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
