Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 Tbsp. ice water
    1 c. (heaping) sifted flour
    1 tsp. (rounded) baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir egg yolks lightly; add sugar.
    Stir until creamy.
    Add ice water and blend.
    Sift flour and baking powder several times. Sift into bowl, stirring.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites with salt.
    Bake in a long, shallow pan at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on damp cloth and spread with jelly.
    Roll up while warm. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
