Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 oz. white bread
    2/3 c. Alba (dry)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. lemon rind
    1 pkg. Sweet 'N low
    1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add bread and beat at high speed until well blended.
    Add skim milk powder, baking powder, lemon rind and sweetener, mixing a minute longer.
    Gently fold in berries.
    Pour mixture into 8 cupcake tins that have been coated with Pam spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
