Sandy'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground round beef
1 c. cracker crumbs or quick oatmeal
1 medium green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 1/2 to 2 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except for the cheese.
Mix well and shape into a pond, reserving 1/3 of the mixture.
Put meat loaf on covered cookie sheet.
Place cheese in the center of the pond. Cover with remaining meat loaf mixture.
Cover meat loaf with catsup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour approximately.
