Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium to large potatoes
2 sticks butter
2 c. evaporated milk
6 large eggs
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, spices and milk.
Add butter to mashed potatoes and blend with milk and egg mixture.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes longer.
