Nathan'S Favorite Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. lasagne noodles
    1/2 lb. Swiss or Monterey Jack cheese
    3/4 lb. Ricotta or dry cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Mince garlic; brown lightly with crumbled beef in oil.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Butter large casserole.
    Cover bottom with layer of noodles.
    Add sliced cheese, Ricotta, then meat mixture.
    Repeat layers; top with Parmesan.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Can be made day before and reheated, uncovered.
    Good with green salad, mandarin oranges and French bread.
