Three Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. waxed beans, cooked and drained
1 c. kidney beans, canned, drained
1 c. cut green beans, canned, drained
2/3 c. onions, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix in large bowl wax beans, kidney beans, green beans, onions and garlic.
Heat sugar, vinegar and oil in saucepan until sugar dissolves.
Cool slightly and add oregano, salt and pepper.
Toss lightly and chill overnight.
Remove garlic before serving.
