King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts
2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large onion
2 bell peppers
dash of chili powder
dash of garlic salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken and save broth.
Saute onion and peppers in butter.
Mix with soups and tomatoes.
Dip tortillas in chicken broth and cover 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add layer of chicken, soup mixture and cheese, then repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Sprinkle top with chili and garlic powder.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
