Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled and diced when cool
    2 c. sour cream
    2/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    bacon bits (if desired)
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and other ingredients.
    Heat in 350\u00b0 oven until all melted together.
    Can add salt and pepper to taste.
