Tomato-Meat Sauce (Spaghetti Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 Tbsp. fat or oil
    1 c. canned or cooked tomatoes
    1 c. finely cut-up, canned or cooked beef or pork
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Chop onion.
    Cook in the fat or oil in a frypan until tender and lightly browned.
    Stir in rest of ingredients.
    Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes to blend flavors.
    Add a little water during cooking, if needed.
    Makes 2 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
