Octopus Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small octopuses
    1 onion, minced
    2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    parsley
Preparation
    Boil the octopuses.
    Let them cool and dice.
    Add the minced onion and olive oil.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Garnish with chopped parsley.
