Ingredients

1 qt. partly ripe gooseberries
1 1/2 c. raisins
3 onions
2 Tbsp. mustard (dry)
2 Tbsp. ginger
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 pt. vinegar
Preparation

Remove stems from berries.
Chop raisins and onions.
Combine all ingredients.
Cook until thick.
Pour into hot jars.
Seal at once.
