Sweet Corn Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Using electric mixer, cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in egg, milk and vanilla.
    Add flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt; beat just until smooth.
    Pour into 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
    Serves 9 to 12.
