Larry'S Lo-Cal Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. dry milk
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. each ginger, cloves, nutmeg
    3 pkg. artificial sweetener
    1 c. canned pumpkin
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add all the rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Spoon into 12 muffin cups sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Freezes well.
